attend the Rope Access Equipment Orientation Training. Note
that this is a partial list, and you may want to include
other gear not noted here. If you have any questions about

- 10 each - Carabiner, 7/16" Steel, Twist Lock (Omega)
- 1 each - Ropegrab, Croll Ascender, Petzl, B16
- 1 each - Croll Strap
- 1 each - Ascender, Ropegrab, Left or Right Hand, Petzl, B17L
- 1 each - Ascender, Shunt, Petzl, B03
- 1 each - Descender, I'D, 10 to 11.5 mm, Petzl, D20S or RACK
- 1 each - Foot Loop, Petzl, 49
- 2 each - Lanyard, Jane, 39", Petzl, L50 100
- 1 each - Harness, Riggers Ropeworks or Voyager (Yates Gear) or V2-Bod (Petzl)
- 1 each - Work Hard Hat, Vertex Vent, Petzl, A11
- 1 pair - Leather Work Gloves (able to use effectively with rope)
- 300 ft. or more - Rope, 7/16" Static Kernmantle (for work) - not required to take the class!
- 100 ft. or more - Accessory Cord - not required to take the class!
